The gate reads the ball as it rolls through and the app fills in the distance it would have finished at, plus whether the start line was on. Nothing to set up between putts.

Ten courses, one mat
A run through every Sim 9 course, two at a time: The Gauntlet, Twilight Muni, Pineland, Autumn Glen, Midtown, Alpine, The Links, Sandpiper Isle, Cedar Ridge and Red Mesa. Same six feet of carpet behind all of them.

A six foot start-line drill, shown first as plain numbers and then on the 3D green. Same putt, same data, whichever you prefer to look at.
Where they come from
The founders batch is built and tested by the two of us. That is a print running in the basement the gates are made in.
How it got here
An early rig taped to a basement floor, and the same idea two years later reading a putt to a tenth of a foot.
